Refund policy

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and for products that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. These items will therefore not be returned or exchanged.

In other cases, the consumer will be entitled to a refund.

In other cases, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, except, where applicable, for the cost of returning the goods. The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods, or of the last good when the contract concerns several goods ordered by means of a single order, provided that these goods are delivered separately. Where the fourteen day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will send you an email to let you know.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 10 days.


LATE OR MISSED REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. You can also contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING

The buyer must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. The return of the goods is at the buyer’s expense, risk and peril. In case of loss or damage of the package, no compensation will be paid to the customer. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

You will not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods.
